For the last 3 years, I have had various foot and leg injuries through running, ranging from achilles, calf, hamstring, foot and sciatica. In all cases Jo has looked after me and apart from being very attentive, she has great knowledge of each case and the measures not only to assist in the healing but also preventative measures post-injury. She keeps you fully informed in all aspects of the physio she is performing and reassures you in every way, to lead to, in my case, starting to run again. Jo never lets you go without giving you ‘homework’ through additional exercises.
